What's new in 5.9.0

1. The Vantage Vue weather station is supported in this software version.
2. Fixes USB driver dropout issue. If a dropout is detected the driver is reloaded and a remark is added to the log file.
3. “Expansion_Modules” folder will now be created automatically regardless of whether you have installed any expansion modules.
4. Wind Direction calibration can now be done via software.
5. Informational dialog boxes are suppressed when WeatherLink is minimized; if a screen saver has been activated or if the Bulletin, Strip charts and Plot, are running.
6. Added the ability to set the units that the console displays as well as what the software displays.
7. “Readme.wri” has been converted to “Readme.rtf” file.

12. Right clicking in the Bulletin now opens the Summary screen.
13. Now stations that are stored outside the WeatherLink directory can be renamed
14. Fixed the bug that causes the software, when using a dial-up modem connection, to dial the modem when you exit the software.

What's new in version 1.1.0

1. Fixed rounding errors with Degree-Day reports when Temperature units are in Celsius
2. Temperature thresholds in the Soil Temp Hours and Chilling Requirements reports are now recorded in tenths of a degree Fahrenheit instead of in whole degrees
3. The Bright Sunshine Hours report has been removed from the Agricultural/Turf Management module because it is now included in WeatherLink v5.

Davis Ticker Java Applet Update & On-Line Configuration Wizard

This updated Java applet resolves several problems and adds several new features. Please refer to the documentation for the WeatherLink 5.1 or use the On-Line Configuration Wizard to generate the required HTML for you. The Configuration Wizard can be used to generate the HTML code needed to use the Davis Ticker Java applet included with WeatherLink Toolbox 1.x and WeatherLink 5.1. The HTML code generated with this tool can be inserted directly into your web page.

Version 1.01 was released to correct several minor bugs, and provide other enhancements. Fixes in this version include: Windows NT 4.0 compatibility. Improved modem support. Copy command and the Export command does include the redundant 12:00p (midnight) record which can affect your spread sheet totals. Threshold must be exceeded before Hours of Daylight are accumulated. Fixed Copy (would not do multiple days) and Export (sometimes would not do multiple months or years) commands. Fixed handling of Year/Month/Day modes for dates. Fixed printing of multiple months and multiple years. Fixed "Hot Water" usage so it doesn't default to 2 gallons.
